Sue Schade Earns CHIME Fellow Status

Ann Arbor, MI, October 31, 2008 – Sue Schade, CIO at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, was recently awarded CHIME Fellow status. CHIME's Board of Trustees established the Fellow program to honor and recognize CHIME members who have actively participated in the organization and who have made significant contributions to the healthcare IT field as a CIO.


Mrs. Schade has been a CHIME member for 8 years. She is a past CHIME Board Member, and currently chairs the CHIME Education Foundation Board of Trustees. She also serves on the CHIME Scholarship Committee and has participated in numerous educational opportunities through CHIME.

Mrs. Schade was recognized for her Fellow Status at the CHIME08 Fall CIO Forum held in Henderson, Nevada during a Scholarships and Awards Ceremony.
