Loews Lake Las Vegas Resort online hotel reservations have closed

Please call the Loews reservations department toll-free at 877-285-6397 or 702-567-6000 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (PST), Monday thru Friday and 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (PST) on Saturdays and Sundays to check availability. Be sure to mention the CHIME group code coio04.

The MonteLago Village Resort – an alternate hotel option

A discounted rate of $164 or $184 (these rates include a $15 resort rate) has been arranged for studio rooms in the Viera or the Luna di Lusso buildings at MonteLago Village respectively for CHIME guests.

MonteLago Village Resort is located approximately 2 miles from the Loews Resort. There is an inter-resort shuttle that can be called by the front desk staff to pick up and drop off guests at the Loews. The shuttle runs 7am to 10pm daily and is complimentary.

ROOM RATE: A block of rooms have been reserved at the special rate of $240.00 per night, single/double occupancy. Additional charges include current room tax of 9%

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Should you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so no later than 48-hours prior to the date of your arrival. Be sure to obtain a cancellation number to receive a full refund of your deposit.

LOCATION & TRANSPORTATION: Loews Lake Las Vegas Resort is located in Henderson, Nevada approximately 25 minutes from McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas.

TAXI: The approximate one-way taxi fare to Loews Lake Las Vegas Resort is approximately $55.

Please note: Based on the distance from the Resort to the Airport - taxis do not park and "wait" outside at the hotel. For return trips to the airport taxis will be called and you should allow up to 60-minutes. Be sure to make your return arrangements in advance!

THE RESORT
When you arrive at the Loews Lake Las Vegas Resort you’ll find yourself engulfed in the mysticism of the desert and the lushness of the lake. ATTIRE
The dress code for the event will be resort casual (polo shirts, khakis, etc.), although you may want to bring a jacket or sweater for air-conditioned meeting rooms. If going to out to dinner, you should check with the restaurant for their policy.

WEATHER
Henderson has a mild, temperate climate in October. They average over 300 days of sunshine a year so you can count on clear blue skies. Average temperatures in October range in the high 60’s with daytime highs of 80º and lows near 55º in the evenings.

Marssa - A fine-dining restaurant with views of both the lake and the mountains. Pacific Rim cuisine, exhibition kitchen, and sushi bar. Open for dinner only.

Rick’s Cafe - Serving Moroccan and New American cuisine. The dining room and patio have lake and pool views. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Sandsabar & Grill – A casual poolside restaurant offering grilled items, sandwiches, salads, and light fare. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Open for lunch and dinner.

Marrakesh Express - Coffee, smoothies, pastries, sandwiches, desserts, and snacks.

Arabesque Lounge - Lobby bar serving cocktails and appetizers with live music nightly. Open from late afternoon until late night.
