CHIME/CHIME Foundation LEAD Forum 2009 Series

The Leadership Education And Development (LEAD) Forum Series is an intensive 1-day program offering in-depth education on hot topics specifically relevant to healthcare CIOs.

The first in the 2009 program series "Demystifying the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act" An HIT Stimulus Outline and Implementation Guide for CIOs will be held July 13, 2009 in Boston.

The Healthcare CIO Boot Camp

The Healthcare CIO Boot Camp is built around a research-based model of CIO success pioneered by CHIME, called the CIO Success Factors. The CIO Success Factor model is founded on seven critical and developable skills that study showed are inherent in successful healthcare CIOs.

Combining presentations, small group discussions, case-study, mentoring, and interactive problem solving, the Healthcare CIO Boot Camp’s learning methodology is practical, personal, and uniquely tailored to the needs of the participants.
