Hotel Reservations:

To secure the discounted room rate of $240 per night for the CIO Boot Camp, you may book your Loews hotel reservations online. More details about the hotel reservation process will be available to program registrants with confirmation of your registration.

The reservation cut-off is September 17, 2008. A one-night room and tax deposit is required to hold the reservation. Reservations received after the cut-off will be on a space-available basis only.

Rooms fill QUICKLY be sure to make your reservations EARLY!

Room Rate

A block of rooms have been reserved at the special rate of $240.00 per night, single/double occupancy. Additional charges include current room tax of 9%

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

Should you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so no later than 48-hours prior to the date of your arrival. Be sure to obtain a cancellation number to receive a full refund of your deposit.

Location and Transportation

Loews Lake Las Vegas Resort is located in Henderson, Nevada approximately 25 minutes from McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas.

Taxi Service

The approximate one-way taxi fare to Loews Lake Las Vegas Resort is approximately $55.

Please note: Based on the distance from the Resort to the Airport - taxis do not park and "wait" outside at the hotel. For return trips to the airport taxis will be called and you should allow up to 60-minutes. Be sure to make your return arrangements in advance!
