Registration fees and payment
The registration fee for the Boot Camp is $3695. Space in the Boot Camp is limited to a maximum of 45 participants.
Registration fee includes all program materials; coaching/mentoring from one of the CIO faculty members; continental breakfasts, lunches, and receptions and dinner on Monday night.
Please note that payment for the Healthcare CIO Boot Camp registration fee is due no later than September 5, 2008. If full payment is not received on or before September 5, your registration is subject to cancellation. All funds must be in U.S. dollars. Checks should be made payable to the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives and mailed to 3300 Washtenaw Avenue, Suite 225, Ann Arbor, MI 48104.
Cancellation Policy
Boot Camp registrants who cancel on or before August 22 will be issued a full refund of their registration fees. Registrants who cancel after August 22 and before September 5 will be assessed a $1000 non-refundable cancellation fee. Due to the limited capacity of this program, no refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after September 5, 2008. Attendance is not transferable to another person or to another offering of the program.
Course events/activities
Please free yourself of work obligations for the duration of the Boot Camp. In addition to the program sessions, Boot Camp registrants are expected to participate in all of the following program events and activities:
- Orientation session
- Group dinner
- Small-group case study work
- Receptions, lunches and continental breakfasts
- Homework/reading assignments
- Completion of participant profile questionnaire
Reading Material
Please note that there is a significant amount of reading material for the Boot Camp. We will be sending you a binder containing all of those materials approximately two weeks prior to the program. Please allow yourself sufficient time to read all of the materials prior to arriving at the Boot Camp.
