RESERVATIONS
You may book on-line at hotel reservations or call 1-866-837-4156. Be sure to mention that you are with the CHIME10 Fall CIO Forum.
The reservation cut-off is 9/1/2010. A one-night room and tax deposit is required to hold the reservation. Reservations received after the cut-off will be on a space-available basis only. Make your reservations EARLY!
ROOM RATE
A block of rooms has been reserved for CHIME members at the special rate of $199.00 per night for single/double occupancy. Additional Charges include current room tax of 12%
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
Early Departure fee: If checking out prior to your reserved check-out date you must inform the hotel prior to or at check-in to avoid a fee of a 1-night stay and tax.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so no later than 72-hours prior to the date of your arrival to receive a full refund of your deposit.

The Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort is located in Chandler, Arizona, approximately 12 miles from the Phoenix Sky International Airport.
TAXI: The approximate one-way taxi fare to the resort is $55-65
THE RESORT
Located in the Sonoran Desert on an expanse of rugged Arizona landscape where the ancient vistas, mountains and roaming wild horses remain untouched. A unique blend of two cultures, the resort offers the quiet serenity created by Native American tribes who found haven here. along with the high-tech hotel experience today’s travelers expect
The resort is designed to be an authentic representation of the Gila River Indian heritage and culture, the resort offer its guests a recreational, educational and inspirational experience never before available in a resort setting. The architecture, design, art and legends of the Akimel O’otham and Pee Posh tribes are celebrated in every detail imaginable, indoors and out.
ATTIRE
The dress code for the event will be resort casual (polo shirts, khakis, etc.), although you may want to bring a jacket or sweater for air-conditioned meeting rooms. If going to out to dinner, you should check with the restaurant for their policy.
WEATHER
The Phoenix area average temperatures in October vary with daytime highs in the 80º’s and lows in the 60º’s when the sun goes down.

Ko'sin Restaurant
Ko'sin features a fusion of American and Arizona desert cuisine. Offering breakfast, lunch and dinner Ko'sin, meaning 'kitchen' in the Pima language, delights guests with delectable dishes amid stunning views of the Sierra Estrella Mountain Range
Lobby Bar
Light bites and signature cocktails are found in this perfect retreat set beneath a cascading waterfall and featuring unparalleled views
Vasip (Coffee Shop)
The Starbucks® branded coffee bar located in the lower lobby offers a variety of morning snacks as well as your favorite coffee and natural drinks. Vasip is open from 6:00 AM to 10:30 AM Monday through Friday and 6:30 AM until noon Saturday and Sunday
Hanyo Grill Poolside
Truly an oasis in the desert, Hanyo, meaning 'oasis' in the Maricopa language, is set among the spectacular swimming pools and the recreated Gila River
Aji Café
Our Aji Café offers a menu with healthy lunch options prepared on site by the Aji Café Chef. Lunch is available Sunday – Thursday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm and Friday – Saturday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
Sivlik Grill
Located at the Whirlwind Golf Club, the new clubhouse restaurant offers a unique dining experience including creative cuisine, picturesque desert views and mountain vistas and the opportunity to enjoy a boat cruise to and from the restaurant along the Gila River
The resort also offers room service until 11:00 p.m.
