Hotel and General Information

The CHIME Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) Forum will be held at:

Hotel Reservations:
To book your hotel reservations on-line, click here and enter “G-CHIM” in the Group/Corporate # field.

OR

Call 1-888-421-1442 or 1-847-696-1234 and indicate you are registering for the CHIME LEAD Forum.

The reservation cut-off is August 30, 2009. Reservations received after the cut-off are on a space-available basis only. Make your reservations EARLY.

Daily Room Rate: A block of rooms has been reserved at the special rate of $149.00 per night for single or double occupancy (excluding taxes and fees).

Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Luggage storage is available at the bell stand. Should you need to cancel your reservation you must do so no later than 72 hours prior to date of arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty.

Amenities: All guest rooms feature deluxe amenities such as wireless Internet access, Portico bath products, on-demand programming, 24-hour fitness center, daily newspaper, available balcony, complimentary airport shuttle , and late check-out is available for a nominal fee.

Directions and Complimentary Hotel Shuttle Service:

From O'Hare Airport:
The complimentary Hyatt Shuttle runs every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day. The pick up location is at the “O'Hare Bus/Shuttle Center” at door #1. Follow the red shuttle signs to the designated pick-up area. (The Hyatt shuttle buses are blue with a white sign that reads “Hyatt Regency O'Hare”.)

NOTE: For pick-up between 12 midnight and 6:00 a.m. please contact the hotel for arrangements

The fare for a taxi from O’Hare Airport to the Hyatt hotel is approximately $12.00. The pick up location is outside Baggage Claim

From Midway Airport:

The Omega Airport Shuttle costs $16 one-way per person. For more information please phone 773-483-6634. The shuttle departs from Door M1 at Midway Airport, outside lower baggage claim. The shuttle hours are from 7am - 7pm daily. The shuttle drops off at O'Hare Airport. From the airport follow the O’Hare shuttle instructions above.

Taxis are approximately $65 to the Hyatt O’Hare and are available outside Baggage Claim area

Attire: Attire for the CHIME LEAD Forum is business casual. Please remember to bring a sweater or jacket for air-conditioned meeting rooms.
