The reservation cut-off is May 29, 2008. Reservations received after the cut-off are on a space-available basis only. Make your reservations EARLY.

Daily Room Rate: A block of rooms has been reserved at the special rate of $179.00 per night for single or double occupancy (excluding taxes and fees).

Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Luggage storage is available at the bell stand. Should you need to cancel your reservation you must do so no later than 72 hours prior to date of arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty.

Amenities: All guest rooms feature deluxe amenities such as high-speed Internet access, Portico bath products, pillow top Hyatt Grand beds, daily newspaper, complimentary airport shuttle, and late check-out is available for a nominal fee.

Directions and Complimentary Hotel Shuttle Service:
To and from major airline terminals and MBTA (subway) stop-Blue Line.

FOR SHUTTLE PICK-UP FROM AIRLINE TERMINALS: Guests must call hotel. Courtesy Phones with direct line to hotel are located in Baggage Claim area. After calling hotel, proceed to outside curb area for shuttle pick-up. Please remember to specify which airline you flew in on when speaking to hotel.

FOR SHUTTLE PICK-UP FROM MBTA (SUBWAY) STOP-BLUE LINE: Call hotel at (617) 568-1234 for shuttle pick-up or take the Water Transportation Bus (#66) to the hotel.

TRAIN (Amtrak): South Station- 3 miles, 10-15 min; Taxi- $15-$17
North Station- 5 miles, 15 min; Taxi- $18-20
*From South Station, take Silver Line to Airport (Terminal A). Free Massport shuttle bus service to water taxi pier adjacent to hotel or call hotel at 617-568-1234 for complimentary hotel shuttle pick-up.
*From North Station, take Green line to Government Center and transfer to Blue Line outbound to Airport stop. Phone hotel at 617-568-1234 for complimentary hotel shuttle pick-up.

SUBWAY: The T subway system is comprised of the Blue, Orange, Green, Red, and Silver Line. To get to hotel from subway system, take Blue or Silver line to Airport stops. Phone hotel at 617-568-1234 for complimentary hotel shuttle pick-up. Subway fare: $2.00

Attire: Attire for the CHIME LEAD Forum is business casual. Please remember to bring a sweater or jacket for air-conditioned meeting rooms.
