CHIME offers several services that are applicable to the interests of healthcare IT recruiters. As a benefit to our members who may be unemployed or looking for a change in position, we offer two services that you, as a recruiter, may be interested in participating in: 1) the CIO Job Postings and 2) the Positions Wanted Board.

Open CIO Positions:

Several times a month, an email broadcast of available CIO positions is sent via listserve to over 500 members who are interested in learning about open positions. These positions are also posted in the "Members Only" section of the website for three months. Positions may be removed earlier upon request.

To qualify for this free posting, the position must be for the highest ranking IS executive at a healthcare provider or payer, or must be for a "second-in-command” position such as Deputy CIO. These are the only positions that qualify our members for membership in CHIME, and the jobs we post must qualify our members for continued membership. The Positions Wanted Board:

CHIME members have the opportunity to post their resume and brief descriptions of their qualifications and desired positions on the CHIME web site. Registered recruiters are invited to view these postings. Members' profiles are posted anonymously; recruiters may email individual members with information about applicable positions through a web interface. This service is available on the Members Seeking New Positions page. Access to this page is by permission only; please fill out this form to apply for a username and password.
