The College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) is the leading
organization serving the professional needs of healthcare Chief Information Officers
(CIOs) and advancing the strategic application of information management in healthcare.
Formed in 1992, CHIME has established a track record of unequalled accomplishments in its
growth (now more than 1000 members) and beneficial offerings to its CIO members. As a
service to its members, the organization has established an official Job Posting
Service for individuals/corporations to advertise for healthcare executives.
Each Friday, an email broadcast of available CIO positions is sent
via listserve to approximately 250 members who are interested in learning about
open positions. These positions are also posted in the "Members Only" section of
the website for three months. Positions may be removed earlier upon request.
To qualify for this free posting, the position must be for the
highest ranking IS executive at a healthcare provider or payer, or must be for a
"second-in-command position such as Deputy CIO. These are the only positions
that qualify our members for membership in CHIME, and the jobs we post must
qualify our members for continued membership. To view the qualifications for
