Epic CIO Forum Scholarship
Submission Deadline: June 22, 2012
The CIO Forum Scholarship was created to promote leadership education and development to IT professionals in the healthcare industry. Funded by a generous multi-year donation by Epic Systems, the scholarship will provide funding (up to $1500) for a CHIME member to attend the Fall CIO Forum.
Applicants for the fellowships must be current CHIME members. The winner will receive complimentary registration to the Forum and may submit travel expenses for reimbursement with the remaining funds at the conclusion of the event.
Each applicant must submit a completed application form and a short scholarship essay. The essay should address:
- How the applicant and their organization would benefit from their attendance at the CIO Forum.
- Current challenges faced at the applicant’s organization.
- Any financial issues that would prevent them from otherwise attending the CIO Forum.
