The HP Innovation in Healthcare Scholarship
The HP Innovation in Healthcare Scholarship is the result of a generous $50,000 donation from HP. Since 1939, HP has been a driving force in technology innovation. With this scholarship, HP is helping to create the next generation of healthcare IT innovators through CIO-focused education.
This scholarship will cover tuition and travel fees for up to 10 future healthcare IT leaders to attend CHIME’s Healthcare CIO Boot Camp, the event that has become the standard for Healthcare CIO skills development.
Five scholarships will be available for the spring session and five for the fall session.
The scholarships will be available to CHIME members’ direct reports, as well as to CHIME members who wish to further refine their CIO skills by attending the Healthcare CIO Boot Camp. Priority will be given to applicants with demonstrated financial need.
Applicant Criteria:
-
Must report to or be a current CHIME member at the time of application and at the time they attend the Boot Camp if awarded a scholarship.
-
Must be on a career path with the goal of becoming a successful CIO in the healthcare industry.
